aylor LeBrun holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons University. She recently completed her Orthopedic Clinical Speciality residency through Highbar in 2024 and sat for the board exam in early 2025.

Taylor practiced at Highbar as a senior therapist for 3 years prior to joining the Academy team. Taylor’s main focus at Highbar was in orthopedics and pediatrics. Taylor is dry needling certified. She also has experience working at Moses Brown High School as a PT and 

 

she is an adjunct professor in the Simmons DPT program, where she teaches Gross Anatomy.  

Taylor played softball at Simmons University in addition to earning her degrees there. Since college, Taylor has taken interest in martial arts, including some training in boxing, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu. 

Outside of treatment, Taylor spends a lot of time exploring Rhode Island with her fiance Dan, who is a current DPT student. Taylor and Dan have 2 pets; a cat named Luna, and a ferret named Skittles.
